This Self Care Retreat is for up to only 9 women who want to rest deeply, renew fully, and create the space for more health and abundance in their lives.

Meet at: 2 pm in Manitou Springs on Thursday July  14 ,2005  and travel
to the luxurious victorian Peacock Bed and Breakfast which sits high on
the hillside in Manitou.

Our afternoon program will include an afternoon spa retreat complete
with a watsu (water massage), a table massage plus a hot steam shower at
the beautiful Manitou Watsu Spa.
Sleep in one of 6 rooms  and step back in time to an exquisitely
restored Queen Ann Victorian with individually designed and decorated
rooms. Be served a gourmet breakfast on the veranda.

Retreat ends at 11:30 am Friday. The retreat glow will go on all summer
for you!

The cost includes the full coaching program, bed and breakfast
accomodations, watsu spa experience complete with bodywork, afternoon
tea and snacks,and gourmet breakfast:
Single Room: $ 315 Bring a friend and share a room: $259  each

( your only other cost is your dinner and spa gratuity. You can bring
food and use the Inn's guest kitchen or step out to one of Manitou's
great eateries.

Coach Helene Van Manen is a  Master Certified Coach and a member of the
